What you need to know

Save More Money motor breakdown insurance comes in multiple levels.

Roadside vehicle repair help if you’re over ¾ mile from home
Transport to nearest garage if your vehicle isn’t repaired within 30 mins
Transport home (within 20 miles of breakdown) for you and your passengers if recovery to the nearest garage isn’t possible
Recovery of any trailer or van attached to your vehicle
Misfuelling cover up to £250 to drain incorrect fuel and replace up to 10 litres of correct fuel
Recovery to your home or nearest garage if you lose, break or lock your keys in your vehicle

Assistance provided in both the UK and Europe
Roadside repair
Up to £150 towards the cost of being towed to a safe place after a breakdown on a motorway or major public road in France and some other countries
Transport to nearest garage if your vehicle can’t be repaired within 60 minutes
Transport up to £50 and/or emergency accommodation up to £1,000 per breakdown if your vehicle can’t be repaired same day
Cover - including emergency accommodation, alternative transport, re-booking fees, or repatriation of your vehicle - if you break down near the end of your trip and there isn’t enough time to repair your vehicle.

Our policy doesn’t cover:

Breakdowns within the first 48 hours from the start of your policy
Breakdowns as a result of failure to maintain your vehicle
Assistance if your vehicle is untaxed or uninsured
Any costs incurred more than 10 miles from the scene of a breakdown if your vehicle is immobilised by snow, mud, sand, water, ice or a flood
Any costs incurred in respect of a recovery more than 20 miles for Standard recovery
Any faults or symptoms from faults that you have failed to repair if you have requested a callout from our roadside agent within the last 28 days
A breakdown as a result of motor racing, rally driving, track days, hire and reward, duration, or contest or speed trails or practice of these activities
